1. License Grant.
The copyright holder grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free
license to install and use this software (the "Software") for personal or
business purposes on any device you own or control. This license is granted
free of charge and may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of the
copyright holder.
2. Restrictions.
You may NOT: (a) redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, publish, or
otherwise transfer the Software, in whole or in part, to any third party;
(b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive
the source code, structure, or algorithms of the Software, except to the
extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding
this restriction; (c) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
based upon the Software; (d) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright,
trademark, or proprietary notices contained in the Software.
3. Ownership.
The Software is licensed to you, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in
and to the Software — including all intellectual property rights — remain the
exclusive property of the copyright holder. The source code is not provided
and is retained as proprietary information.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY
(INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES)
ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER
DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
